It all started at the beginning of the new year 2024. I saw a special promotion for the Silva Method meditation from Nightingale-Conant. I had tried Silva meditation once before, and it always made me fall asleep. This time I was determined to pursue through the first couple of days and after a while, I felt a shift in my intuition like I thought of someone and that moment she called me.
Also, I had added a cross-walk exercise to my morning routine. I always felt that I was more dominated by my left-side of the brain. This exercise promised to balance both sides.
I did the meditations for 3 months both morning and night along with the homolateral cross-walk exercise. Beginning of April I became aware of the Coaching class with Ajit and felt moved to sign up.
I was a self-help junkie for many years and couldn’t really grasp the deep contents. What I have learned so far through my involvement with the Evercoach Program is opening my mind in very profound way. For the first time I am getting the concept of defining purpose, goals and creating a vision more deeply.
I am looking forward to get more practice in coaching and becoming a certified peace coach.
