I started out in with program still feeling the effects of post-covid isolation and collective trauma. CLC allowed me to connect with such wonderful people. I was surprised that even though we were from different countries with different cultures, during our coaching sessions it was evident that no matter where you live, we all struggle with similar human issues. I'm so grateful to the people i have been coached by and have had the privilege to coach and they will stay in my heart and memories and I hope to keep these connections in my life.
As for the teachings, it was so healing to throw myself into learning and to be able to feel the joy of helping others by
the skills taught and also pulling together my own prior learnings and life experiences. Ajit is so present, bright, real and humble. I am in awe of his never seeming to be thrown by a question and always giving 200%. Fran and Johanna are so loving and positive and create an atmosphere of safety and openness.
In the beginning of the course, Ajit said we might meet some best friends here, and I thought that would be wonderful but I didn't really think that would happen. A few months later, I now have deep friendships with people in this course that I totally resonate with, care about and trust. What a gift that is. I loved the organized structure of the teachings. All the practice coaching sessions gave me confidence in my ability to be an effective coach. The tools taught gave me a clear framework in how to run a coaching session. I leave the course feeling equipped and ready to coach and help others.

For me, this course cracked a crusty door open, the light is coming in, the cobwebs are dusted off (all spiders have been moved safely outside) and the hinges are oiled. I've taken accelerator because I need and want more! Looking forward to continuing on my path of blossoming and shining and feeling connected to a global community dedicated to changing the world for the better. Feeling grateful!
