Before this program, my life was in temporary chaos. I had just quit a 17-year teaching career and trained as a life coach. I knew I had coaching skills but no concrete plan for how to move forward and set myself up to build a sustainable business.
After taking Career Coaching Mastery, I have a full toolbox of skills, knowledge, strategies, and ideas that I will be able to dip in and out of over the coming years as my business grows and evolves.
My top 3 takeaways or insights from the program are
1) know your Why, Who, and How;
2) focus on the one thing (strategy, program, etc.) that will move you forward;
3) ask if you don't know - the community is amazing and so supportive - somebody will always respond and I've learned so much from other people's questions!

I came for the tools and the practical stuff and stayed for the community. Our cohort continues to support each other going forward and I look forward to strengthening these relationships as we grow ourselves and our businesses together!
