“When I hit ‘purchase’ on the Mindvalley Coaching Career Mastery program, I wasn’t a coach. I wasn’t a master in any field. I was broke, broken, and back in my abandoned childhood home in Spokane, Washington—surrounded by the remnants of a past that felt as overwhelming and neglected as the life I was trying to rebuild. 

But the truth is, I didn’t come here empty-handed. I arrived with something enormous growing inside me—not a business plan, not a simple idea, but a vision I’d been carrying for years. It was as if I’d been pregnant with these ideas for over three years, unsure how to give birth to them. I knew there was something important inside me, but I didn’t know how to bring it into the world. 

I had been living in Southwest France with my family, where isolation and life’s hardships forced me into deep reflection. When I returned to Spokane for what I thought would be a brief visit to help my aging parents, life took another unexpected turn. Just weeks after arriving, I suffered a severe ACL injury that required reconstructive surgery. Suddenly, I was physically immobilized, emotionally drained, and stranded—unable to return to France until at least November. 

What was supposed to be a short trip turned into an unplanned exile. But that exile became the labor I didn’t know I needed. 

🔑 The Birth of the New Spring Paradigm (NSP):
 *Through Coaching Career Mastery, I discovered that I wasn’t just healing—I was preparing to give birth to the mission I’d been carrying all along. The lessons from Renata, Lisa, and others didn’t just teach me how to build a coaching career; they helped me realize that this project wasn’t just a personal obsession. It was a duty—a responsibility to carry forward into the world. The New Spring Paradigm isn’t just an idea. It’s an actionable blueprint for a humane society in the digital age. 

NSP was born from the chaos I witnessed both in my personal life and around the globe. While my own reality felt fragile—struggling with physical setbacks, family upheaval, and emotional exhaustion—I saw that same fragility reflected worldwide. Social media shifted from casual TGIF posts to desperate cries: ‘I can’t afford my rent,’ ‘My parents can’t pay their utility bills.’ The news overflowed with wars, genocides, economic collapses, and environmental disasters. 

I couldn’t ignore it. My background in international living—from Finland to France—combined with my expertise in project management, root cause analysis, and change management, pushed me to ask the deeper question: What’s at the root of all this suffering? The answer was clear—fear and scarcity. And what’s the solution? Systems rooted in love, abundance, and human rights. 

🌱 The Shift: From Hiding to Leading
 Before this program, I spent my life hiding. I was told I was ‘stupid,’ ‘loud,’ ‘obnoxious,’ and I carried those labels like invisible chains. Even when I tried to reclaim them—calling myself ‘audacious’ or ‘bold’—I was still trying to fit into definitions created by others. Coaching Career Mastery taught me something radical: I was never too much. I was just waiting to grow into my purpose. 

I even avoided the AI Mastery project because I believed I had nothing to show for it. But this program shattered that illusion. I realized that it’s not about doing it all myself. My role isn’t to carry the entire solution on my back—my role is to communicate it, to be the voice that helps usher it into existence. That’s what Career Mastery gave me: the tools to articulate, organize, and amplify the vision I’d been gestating for years.
