From Passion to Profession: How Mindvalley’s Coaching Business Mastery Transformed My Coaching Career!
Before joining Mindvalley’s Coaching Business Mastery, I was balancing two worlds: a successful career in inevstment banking and asset management and my passion for coaching. Coaching was something I loved—helping professionals and entrepreneurs manage stress, grow their careers, and live more fulfilling lives. But turning that passion into a sustainable business? That felt like a puzzle I hadn’t quite solved!
I enrolled in the Quest because I wanted to level up and get more serious about my coaching business. I was ready to sharpen my skills in social media, marketing, AI, and—most importantly—sales. But what I didn’t expect was the mindset shift that would change me at my core!
I’ll be honest—sales had never been my favorite part of business. But through this program, I learned that sales isn’t about “closing” someone; it’s about "connecting" with them and "pouring onto" them. It’s about solving problems and guiding people through meaningful transformations. Once I embraced that, sales became natural and actually enjoyable.
The results followed quickly. I gained new clients, started working with companies and expanded my reach through coaching consultancies. I became clear on who I serve (for now!) and how to communicate my value. My coaching business wasn’t just a side project anymore—it was now a business.
But the biggest win? The continued move and path towards Freedom & Flexbility - core values of mine. With my newfound confidence and business skills, I can now transition fully into coaching. My income grew alongside my impact during the course and I gained the added flexibility to design my life on my terms.
Looking back, here are my top three takeaways from the Quest:
1. Sales is LOVE: when you lead with value, selling becomes a natural part of coaching.
2. Clarity brings results: knowing exactly who you serve and how you help them unlocks opportunities.
3. Consistency matters: Showing up regularly—whether online or in conversations—builds trust and momentum.
And the best part? This is just the beginning!
