Before joining this program, my journey was challenging. I came to the U.S. from Colombia, and in the early years I faced financial difficulties and the uncertainty of trying to build something meaningful.
Two years ago, when I started my business with my partner, things were tough. It took time to make money, and many personal and financial struggles made the path even harder. But thanks to what I’ve learned in this program, I’ve been able to bring more structure, clarity, and alignment into my business. We’ve improved how we approach clients, how we implement systems, and how we execute our vision.
Today, we are close to reaching $100,000 in monthly revenue, and at this pace we’re on track to exceed $1 million in annual revenue next year. We’ve already acquired a couple of properties, including a small multifamily, and we’re currently under contract for a large 200+ unit multifamily in Lubbock, Texas.
Beyond the numbers, what I’ve gained most is confidence. I now see myself as an accomplished, assertive, and capable leader. This program not only gave me tools to improve my own business but also helped me recognize the value I can share with others. I’m excited to take what I’ve learned and use it to help others achieve transformation in their businesses and lives, just as I’ve been able to create in mine.
