Before this program I had built my coaching framework after 20 years in business consultancy, stamped my market presence, coached and consulted businesses, also invested in various courses such as public speaking, sales conversions, marketing, bootcamps and CEO masterminds. Yet I had not had my breakthrough, found a win-win situation where I also get financially rewarded for my efforts and time. Yet I was discovering my inner self, became aware of my values and my superpower, which is connecting and uplifting people.
During the CBC programme, becoming aware of the difference between coaching and consultancy was very inspirational. I learnt the fundamentals of life coaching, practising along the way which made my whole journey meaningful and gave a sense of belonging.
I have found friends for life and realised my framework was very good. I was already enough but felt having a certification will help me get recognised.
My CEO coach called me "the hidden gem", I have so much knowledge, yet had not agreed on my niche, that I am yet to be found. The niche needs to be accepted by myself, I need to decide to decide and although it makes sense to coach business consultants, my gut says I can serve more.
The journey continues, it is an amazing journey. I know I want to bring my unique experience of working with technology, my accountancy and process change management experience, working for enterprises like IBM and my passion for well-being into one. This is my blue ocean, I have business coaching and consultancy experience, get excited with analytics and more importantly love people.
