"Coaching Businesses has given me the tools to build my confidence in knowing that we all have gifts to give to the world and coaching is a way to share them"

Before this program I was exploring the "idea" of becoming a coach. Although I have been coaching colleagues, employers, family and friends for more than 20 years, it never occurred to me that I could be a professional coach. 
My passions revolve around empowering people and businesses through the integration of conscious practices and connection. It's been the driving force behind my interests in understanding human behavior, learning how to build strong relationships, helping people recognize their own gifts and talents, embodying high-performance habits, and finding ways to optimize workplace processes and systems for the betterment of the whole. 

The program was in perfect alignment with those passions and has validated for me that my skills add value. Being a coach offers me the opportunity to funnel those skills in ways that can help transform businesses to extraordinary levels of success.
