I have always been drawn to the Chakra Model and over my years of teaching I keep coming back to how useful and powerful these centers are for understanding our true selves. Studying with Anodea awoke something in me that has been sleeping for a while. I feel like I have found a teacher and community to help me move forward on my journey and in doing so, I will be better able to help others to become more aware, empowered, and as we all heal, we can bring more love and healing to the world. I plan to use what I learn in my teachings and to share it with others.
