Chakras by Anodea Judith. Before this program, I wasn't utilizing all of my higher self. For example, as a side job I am a meditation and yoga instructor. I was teaching beginner levels. I now have an intermediate level class that is thriving. Thanks to the completion of Anodea's Chakra quest through Mindvalley, I now have doubled my class load. And now together my students and I have tools that assist in the attainment of emotional equilibrium. This advanced knowledge gives us a personal power that we didn't have prior to this course. In closing, I have participated in several of Mindvalley's quests. Each with its own unique values exceeding anyting that I have come across and I am a University graduate.
