Before this program, I want to learn Chakra healing but I have never had the time or effort to do so, but since Covid and WFH time, I have more time at home to learn new things. 
And Mindvalley masterclass appeared in my IG and struck me to watch. I am so interested and I joint the program to learn Chakra from Anodea. I really enjoy the learning journey and now I practice the bioenergetic movement and meditate every day. 
Those new habit helps me to learn myself better. I learn to manage my mood and emotion better... I am still a newbie ...and I want to keep learning to become a better version of myself.
