I am celebrating my completion of Anodea's Chakra Healing Quest!

Thank you for this wonderful Quest and experience!

I had so many AHAs, the biggest 2 were: 1. I shifted to feeling supported by the Universe and myself in grounding and balancing myself. While I was focused on the higher Chakras for the past 3 years, I realized the importance of creating a solid and strong base in order to align all my chakras to reach higher consciousness. I ground myself outdoors in summer and with a change of weather in Chicago was missing an effective way to the ground, now I have the Bio-exercises, yoga moves and daily moves to use regardless of the weather.

2. In my throat chakra, feeling comfortable expressing myself in my wants/needs/desires and clearly communicating in a way that my message will be heard, understood and received. During this Quest my manifestations were happening so quickly and powerfully with my jewelry studio coming together in 2 days and all the circumstances, situations and events for my trip to Sedona and in Sedona. It was at record speed and in flow in Sedona...a magical trip. Things are happening in all categories - health, wealth, love and Spirituality.

I am continuing through the Quest again at a slower and more focused pace to keep applying for more fantastic results.
