I recommend this course to anyone who wants to feel more alive and connected, regardless if you dream of building a community or not. I had to go through this quest twice just to make sure I got the essence of it. And just like so many times in Mindvalley I came out with different ideas and it really felt like I was able to dive deeper the second time around.
What makes this quest truly unique is the incorporation of somatic practice - a part that I thoroughly enjoyed in this course. It is amazing what insights we can get by simply moving. Community building can be both organic and great fun. This course really made a difference!
