I was recently widowed and started reflecting on who I was and how I could go survive in an active 55 plus Community. I realized I had intentionally stepped into the background, of any social situation.
It was a wake up call when I recognized myself in some of the session. Such as “I am not a joiner” or “I am not a joiner”
I now feel I have the tools to show up and speak up, to listen with Kindness. To recognize my abilities and contribute to a Community of people I share interest and compassion with.
It was a very compelling and interesting quest. I thoroughly enjoyed and gained working tools from the lessons. Thank you
