1. Learned a great deal of the science about healthy eating
2. Able to fast 16-18 hours everyday
3. Able to fast 24 hours one time
4. Don’t have heartburns anymore
5. Lost 11 lbs of body weight, lost 3” of my waistline, and lost 1” of my hip size. I am now only 3 lbs from my ideal weight.
6. I followed the “adjust and adios” lesson, and now my environment at home is stronger than my will power!!
7. At home, I know how to prepare my “master meals” everyday
8. When I travel or eating out, I know how to order my “champion meals”
9. Now, I also know how to have a “celebration” without being detrimental to my health goals.
