This programme is my initiation phase to Coaching. It has given me a framework within which I am able to conduct Coaching at all levels. It has enabled me to have the confidence to go out and facilitate a coaching session with determination and the relevant tools that I can use in dealing with different needs from various clients. It has been a stepping stone and a great foundation to build my confidence and learn the process I need in order to establish a Coaching Business.
