"If, as a coach you want to grow, these Masterminds are the place to be"

I've been a Mindvalley participate for several years and have purchased and participated in many programs with this forum. I am currently participating in the Rich Litivin's Being an Exponential Coach. I am also a member of the Facebook group.

A month ago, I started seeing posts about joining various Masterminds being offered inside the group. I never participated in one and was very curious and interested to join one. My dilemma was no Mastermind sessions were being offered on the weekends. I have a full time job now looking to retire this year to start my coaching business. All sessions were being offered either during the time I was working or late at night. I really wanted to participate so I reached out to an Ambassador Toma Mol of Evercoach and asked if possible to form Masterminds on the weekend? He in turn reached out to another Ambassador Bio G. C. Sabidare of Evercoach to see what he could do. Bio formed a survey and found many others would love to participate on the weekend. So a Saturday Mastermind was formed.

Now, here's where it gets interesting. The first session was on Saturday, March 27th. And when the event was scheduled, Bio was the host and he put me as the co-host. Gulp!!! What??? I reached out to him and asked if this was correct? Indeed it was. So, I went into the session to take a back seat and watch Bio in action. What an inspiration.
He was fantastic, I'm going to love to co-host with him moving forward. Nope!! I was to now host moving forward. Another big gulp!!! I was ready. I wanted to do this.
So, I stepped up and hosted my first Mastermind. Bio helped me during the week, (late nights for him,) to show me how to create and invite. I just finished my first Mastermind and I am here to write about it. If, as a coach you want to grow, these Masterminds are the place to be.
It is a community of coaches we meet to help and grow one another. It is not a place to where you "showcase" your abilities to out coach one another. I've been in two so far and I can honestly say each session has been remarkable in that, I've gained so much valuable insight helping me to be a better coach moving forward.

If you on the fence about participating in one, I will encourage you to join one as fast as you could when they are available. And, don't join to gain clients, join because no one is perfect and these Masterminds provide a forum to enjoy the journey of becoming better. Thank you Mindvalley and Evercoach for providing these programs.
