I love learning from Rich. I was struggling with confidence to coach a client through unknown situations as they arise on calls (nothing I can prepare for), but I feel more confident now around just being present, holding space, and allowing the silence to inform. I love all the handouts and printed them out, so I can both go deeper on my own, and also have these to reference for exercises to use with clients. Super valuable. Thank you!
