“This quest is a great learning journey”

The biggest outcomes for me have been in my own self development and my coaching sessions with my clients, specially the way I show up and how I feel comfortable going deeper with questions. I joined the quest because I like to learn always, I enjoy it and my intellectual life is one of my strongest areas. So I have a commitment to do between 2 or 3 formations a year that improve my professional practice and my personal growth. Definitely Rich Litvin is a huge referent for me as a coach, so this quest is a great learning journey. The highlight of this quest is Rich's extraordinary point of view about human behaviors. His understanding of how human beings work is outstanding.
