Watching Rich's calm demeanor in action....or rather inaction was a breath of fresh air for me and has helped me focus on "slowing down in order to speed up" just like Rich says.
It helped me remember its all about connection, getting out of my head and into where the client is coming from... I love it. I really enjoyed how easily Rich takes the client forwards 3 or 5 years time with the "Holy Shit Rich" statement, I can see this working beautifully for me as well without needing a long drawn out process to get there. I love how this gets the clients' awareness of what really inspires them from within and what they really want. Brilliant!
