Before this program, I was putting emphasis on the outcome of the coaching conversation and was always aware of the fear of not achieving some type of outcome. I was also nervous and stressed about attracting clients.
This course speaks so clearly to the type of coaching I have always been longing for. Putting emphasis on process and insight is such a powerful approach and a liberating force. Using impact stories to create (and not attract) client is a great take-away. Indeed the big difference between this and many coach training is the distinction between insight and information. What a great distinction. Rich and other members of his community speak and share from a place of authenticity and vulnerability. That in itself is a powerful service to whoever takes this course. This has in doubt transformed my practice and I look forward to apply the learning to build a community.
