"Felt growth after these lessons"

I am a brand new coach, so new that here is the only place I have called myself a coach. These past weeks have been difficult with the Coronavirus in our world. This week in particular I am struggling with the weight of it all. Health wise I am very grateful that my children, family and friends have not been directly impacted but we all have been impacted in other ways. I could feel depression creeping in this morning and I made myself listen to the lessons this week. Glad I did, check in sheet comes from an actively coaching perspective which I am not, but still felt growth after these lessons. Love the idea around living in a reported world instead of a creative world. Will also be implementing the Morning Pages routine!
