“A month into the program I feel more relaxed and in control of the coaching conversation"

I was struggling with calling myself a coach because I am not certified. I've spent thousands on my education though and have life experience as well. A month into the program I feel more relaxed and in control of the coaching conversation, Rich doesn't hide it when he doesn't know where the conversation is going and I have learned to trust the discomfort of not immediately knowing how I can best serve my client. The biggest outcomes for me are more confidence in my own knowledge instead of relying on tools and frameworks.
