Sheila Kelly's "Becoming Irresistibly Sexy" quest not only taught me how to be sexy but also led me toward the journey of loving my body. Since I started this quest, a lot of pains in my body that are related to feminine wounds have been melted away. The relationship that I have with my body is better than ever and to my surprise, the fat around my abdominal area has been melting away, too!
Sheila has given me a gift of being in touch with my body. This is a game-changer to me: loving my body has led me toward feeling enough, doing enough, and doing what my body loves to do. The one obvious transformation is in the way I do my fitness. Gone are the days I worked out to lose weight. Now, I ask my body, "Hi, what would you like to do today?" and my body always gives me clues of what she wants to do. 10 out of 10 times, my body has a good time immersing itself in movements and I have noticed my movements have become more fluid as well.
