This quest has definitely provided me a solid belief system within myself. The eye gazing exercises worked wonders. I am always surprised to find out how with a snap of finger or by just counting 3 till 1 technique puts me into meditative mode so immediately. Thank you for showing me this. This is not just it, I really wish to continue my journey with Mindvalley as I know my path for growth is already set here in Mindvalley.
