"The exercises of gratitude and the segment intending are major parts of my day now."

Mindvalley somehow found me by synchronicity during the same week my sister invited me to join her Deepak Chopra 21 day abundance meditation course. Of course, I ended signing up for the wrong course, having first intended to watch Jim Kwik,I kept getting Vishen Lakhiani's instead. Trusting my intuition, what the heck, go for it. Great reciprocity, however, between the course on Abundance and Be Extraordinary. I played alongside full throttle. I studied philosophy at university, had my share of psychoanalysis groups and Family Constellations, qualified as a Reiki Master teacher/practitioner but it took Vishen to blow my mind.
When the 12 categories were mentioned during the days we worked on the 3 MIQs, I looked into these and shortly after became a Lifebooker. Always intellectually curious, my emotional baggage led me from one stupid mistake to another with a high dose of arrogance to infuse my life's poor choices. I blew it all. I liked the short video addresses on a daily basis as I felt Vishen was talking to me directly. The course load, though highly demanding, brought tangible results noticeable by dearest hubby. He's taken such a vivid interest into what I've been doing that he also started reading the books I was delving into for my personal growth. We would often discuss my findings and listen to Vishen's diatribe often together. The exercises of gratitude and the segment intending are major parts of my day now. Mindfulness is now loaded with meaning.
What's next? Share and recommend to others the treasure trove inside Mindvalley. Go over the course again and again. We are moving. I am almost 67 and Michael is 88. The house has outgrown us and so has the English climate. We are selling the big country house and then off to a beach house in Mauritius where hopefully I may realise the third column of 3 MIQs and contribute to make the world a safer and better place, Covid-19 willing.

Thank you Vishen. I feel part of the Mindvalley family now. I wish I could give you a hug some day in KL.
