The decision of choosing this Quest led to improving my own self in most of the area of my life such as Professional life, personal life & social life. I get inspired everyday and I figure out the reasons to get inspire everyday. The driving force of the Quest is the significant reason to deliberately keep my awareness active every second. "I can feel the difference already."
I am now at phase of practicing 6 phase meditation for like 2 weeks. Really less of stuff makes me upset and emotionally unstable. Also i feel urgency to help people more and thats awesome feeling! Also I can setup my boundaries more easily.
