I started this journey when I was 16 or 17, went for SMC in KL, and used visualisation to help my classmate find her lost wallet. Since then I've been intrigued by the mind but was not able to give it priority, instead I got sucked up with the day to day flow/rush and not given my mind much attention. That's why I've joined this class, to work on myself 40 years later!!!!
