I was a childhood victim of abuse and rape and neglect. I was perpetuated these traits into adulthood with multiple bad marriages and poor choices. 5 years ago I was in a horrible lawsuit with a doctor who sexually harassed me. After a 5 year stent of being bullied and harassed. I lost!!! I thought I would never get over this!!! I am now doing everything I can to change my life! I have!! I have found that with meditation and a daily habit of self improvement, I have found peace! I wake every day at 3:00 am to meditate and read and journal.etc. Then I work 8 hours caring for aging people with dementia and Parkinson diseases .I continue my self improvement using your Mindvalley quests and short masterclasses. as I want to teach other women who have been victimized as I have, that there is more to life than living in the past!!!
