"Thank you for helping me discover myself"

I had never done or read anything about personal growth, I thought it was for people with an empty life without realizing that I was one of those people who without having an empty life was not full and was at the mercy of what happened around me so that my day was good, average or bad

Now directing my day I know that being well depends on me I can transform it and work to be happy and make those around me happy because that makes me feel good. I had never practiced forgiveness, and sometimes it costs me a little but every time I do it I feel like I release myself Nor had I practiced gratitude, which has nothing to do with being grateful, which I am, but giving me time to thank any gesture, word, smile that has been in my day makes me happy More Serena .. Calmer .. More cheerful ... And with more desire to share and help those around me

Thank you for helping me discover myself
