Be Extraordinary
"Thank you for a new way of seeing the world."
Before this program I was using meditation here and there but did not have a real practice. After getting into Being Extraordinary, I decided to also complete The 6 phase meditation program plus I have started a daily yoga practice. While going through the stressful times of COVID19 I have found these practices to be extremely beneficial of my mental state of mind. I feel more grounded and centred. I've completed Being Extraordinary 2 times now and feel like I will do it again. Everyday I am learning and growing, writing in my Gratitude Journal and using the Blessing meditation. Love it! Thank you for a new way of seeing the world. We need more of this. Janice.
