Comencé este curso en momentos en los que mi país estaba atravesando x una crisis social (que aún existe, sólo está solapada x la pandemia de Covit 17) y senti la necesidad de explorar un aprendizaje distinto, algo para alimentar mi espíritu y mi fe en la raza humana, porque la rabia y la polarización estaban ocupando mi corazón. Encontré en Vishen y su forma de enseñar un gran alivio, esperanza y confort. Comencé a meditar y si bien creo no dominar aún la técnica, siento la necesidad diaria de hacerlo y mi cuerpo y mi mente me lo han agradecido infinitamente
