a) what I was before,
b) what I became,
c) why you should learn personal growth.
a) What I was before I used to live a life without knowing my real purpose and was always trying to find reason in the outside. For example, if I lacked motivation on the task on hand, I would usually try to look for motivational speech or books to get short answers. This cycle kept on haunting me back, and if I get overwhelmed, I will ignore meeting people and stay home playing video games all day during the weekends. I was also a byproduct of my emotions. For example, if my morning was ruined due to an argument, my whole day would be a disaster.
b) What I became, To begin with, I was already writing a reflection diary before I started the quest. So I was somewhat experiencing an awareness of my emotions. However, I wasn't clear of my vision, so I would always be in a state of anxiety.
Now I am 22days in, and I'm already quite clear which path I need to take to be truly extraordinary. My emotions do have its ups and downs, but most of the time, it's positive. Now I wake up every day with gratitude, a sense of purpose, and excitement of how my day will unfold.
c) Why you should invest in personal growth The course I enrolled in Mindvalley is not the first one in terms of online coaching. I did various other videos and read several books—however, the aesthetic and the way the contents are cohesively arranged accelerates your learning. Most importantly, Vishen is a phenomenal speaker who indeed explains the content with heart.
