There is no resistance, each step is carefully crafted to suit the growth process you go through, and you do this in 30 days! If you have any doubts about where you are heading in life or want to transforms yourself to become a better you, please do yourself a favor and go through this quest. It does not matter what level you are in, for me the quest was a form of organizing all that I have ever wanted from my life, it was there, just scattered all over the place.
