I was searching for something / someone/ program that would help me reinforce the knowledge of the best version of myself. I am a Zambian, living in South African and have lived in more than 7 countries in Africa. I did not realize while moving country to country that my purpose was intertwined with the constant movement, constant packing, constant searching of my divine purpose. I am glad the search led my to an advert I hated on YouTube. I used to see Vishen on those adverts and I would normally skip because I thought- I know it all, I have 20 years experience in executive management, I earn enough to do what I want- I will teach myself to be the best version of myself. Late last year I started practicing mindfulness and has an app I was using called Headspace; as I Christian I thought it was safe enough without getting into the weird eastern stuff. That served its purpose and I was searching for something to help me find what my purpose, next steps and centering would be; Then I made a mistake of saying to myself, let me just listen to his meditation video, and I was hooked. I started a meditation practice, changed my morning rituals and was reviewing what my purpose was. I read a lot about Be Extraordinary and when I got my bonus I gifted myself two quests: Be Extraordinary was 1 and when I went through my 3MIQ I found the next quest I enrolled into start your own coaching business
What my key take out:
1. I have a visioning and goal setting practice - I had to unlearn to relearn. I challenged my Christian Brules.
2. The 3MIQ helped me clarify my next three years
3. Meditation has become a friend. Just today I used it to start my day - that has become a daily thing
4. The power of intuition - I have shared with all who care to listen- I have learned to listen to my inner self.
5. A huge step of going back to my home country, Zambia- set up a coaching business and help people experience being extra ordinary and become the best versions of themselves. To say I have become a daring person is an understatement because I am now UNFUCKWITHABLE. I am bending my reality. This is only the beginning. Love you all from Africa.
