"It taught me to make goals not for myself but for others who can benefit from it"

Before this Quest my life was lacking. I have always been in deep thoughts about what I am meant to do in this world. I feel like what I am doing isn't enough or fulfilling; that I still need to do something. I knew my life as a doctor isn't going to give me that sense of purpose.

After taking this Quest I became more focused on what I want and braver to take the journey. The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I wanted to dig deeper and master meditation.
Being a doctor, I was used to evidence-based learnings and enrolling in this quest gave me that and more that science cannot explain (for which I was thrilled to explore). What I was hoping to achieve/learn was how to tune in my intuition and differentiate my critical mind from it. My mind has been and me has been on the constant battle and it can be very loud when it makes a statement.

The reason why I recommend this Quest is that, it teaches you how to clear very loud distracting thoughts and teaches you how to focus through daily meditation. It's an everyday breakdown to the simplest way to learn meditation. I wasn't pressured doing the quest, I was enjoying and looking forward to it every day.
Areas of my life in which I've noticed the biggest changes in my life is learning how to free my emotions and put them on canvas. I am a doctor but I knew my contribution to the world isn't going to be solely my profession, because my profession is only a tool towards me becoming somebody better.

This quest made me focus on my top priority: health and fitness. Through creative visualization, mind and body healing and merging, I am able to become consistent in achieving my goals. Because you see, I am a kaleidoscope of things: a rheumatologist and a lupus patient, an artist and an aspiring aquaponic farmer. If I attain my goal to be healthy and fit, I can inspire people especially patients like me and I am able to be the best in everything.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are:
  1. Meditation took me to a different level in knowing myself better, thus a more focused and directed life
  2. Gave me a deeper spiritual relationship
  3. Goals are better and faster achieved when 2 or more people benefit from it.

The biggest positive change in me is that it taught me to make goals not for myself but for others who can benefit from it and in the end, its not just about learning; it's about transforming for the better.
