I am in the beginning of The Be Extraordinary program and the biggest revelation for me has been to not tie your happiness to your future, but use the reverse gap and be happy in the now. It is so simple, yet makes such a huge shift in everyday life! And breaking down happiness into experiences, growth and meaning is another thing that positively gives extra power and control over my life. It’s yet another truth that once brought into consciousness brings about a great shift. Thank you for these powerful aha moments!
