"It is simply life-transforming."

The BE quest has been truly transformational in providing clarity around my life purpose which is what I hoped it would achieve on setting out. It has given me a deep confidence and knowing that my dreams exist because I am supposed to bring them into reality and when I f**** the how and allow it will all come following too me. Surrender is the key! As a child I came an expression that made me realise who I was and that it was ok to be different, it was 'step out of line of the zombified society and think, who am I?(Gemma age 14) However, being sucked up in to the societal and educational system I lost tough with my true self. I have been on the train tracks of traditional allopathic medical practice since I was a teenager (18 years) so busy and such a martyr and victim to the system that I never had time to reflect on the quiet whispers of my heart and true purpose. I escaped the healthcare system (UK) for some time by taking on a PhD thinking it would give me space as I felt my passion dying by the constrictive and un-compassionate system. I was even busier, working almost 7 days a week, I was bullied and unsupported. It hit rock bottom but fought on through burn out until eventually I reached for help and began a steep journey of waking up. I now realise I became a cardiologist because my true purpose if to heal both my own heart and that of others with unconditional love. I have resigned from allopathic medicine during the BE programme and I am deeply grateful for the courage within that the programme provided through being able to tap into my intuitive gifts. I plan to set up a spiritual community that is a living example and inspiration of peace, love and harmony with self, others, nature and all that is. Teaching others how to love themselves body, mind and soul. I am deeply called to address the mass lack of self love that is destroying our mother, nature in the form of abuse of food. I am creating a global shift in the elephant that is the massive impact of lifestyle is dis-ease by, in particular in the human psychological perception of nutrition. Bring people to the understanding that everything including food is just energy and what you eat you become so if you eat something that has not been grown with love, you will not receive nutritional benefit. The infamous saying 'you are what you eat' deeply resonates with my truth. I also deeply believe in the human-soil connection and we must address our lack of love for both mother nature and self as a matter of urgency, after all they are one so we cant heal one without the other.

I would recommend this quest because it is simply life-transforming. It brings clarity, deepens self-love and acceptance, inspires you to dream big and appreciate the limitless abundance that is available, that the social construct and societal conditioning is a false illusion to keep us small. Provides tools for taking inspired action and so much more. The greatest changes have occurred in my life purpose and the beauty of this is it encompassed everything...my work as a healer, being a living example of peace love and harmony through self and the spiritual community, my soulmate who I am calling in and my divine children.

Top 3 takeaways
1. Never give up on your dreams, they and yours because you and only you are supposed to achieve them.
2. Achieving them isn't about trying or forcing, if there's resistance, you're doing it wrong, surrender to the universe, trust and allow, then take inspired action
3. Trust your heart and intuition...it knows the way so run that way. PS. don't fuck with me ;-)
