I have been meditating before I started this program. What is different about this program is that it keeps you motivated and moving forward towards your transformation. Since I started this program , I have started piano lessons which I used to think about but never really got down to actually doing it. I have also taken steps towards buying my first stocks....have gotten one step closer towards something I wanted for a long time. I trust my gut feeling for everything I want to do now....I listen to my heart , my inner voice. I now trust that what i seek is seeking me and that I just need to stay focused and positive about what I want in life and keep sending my intentions to the Universe and I will receive a positive response from the Universe. In short, this program has been a positive experience. Sharing my thoughts with the community has also been a wonderful and motivating experience.
