Before joining the 7 Sacred States Challenge, I was doing what I usually do every December—contemplating my goals for the coming year. However, after completing the challenge, I now understand what it truly means to embody these states rather than simply trying to achieve external goals.
My approach for the coming year is radically different. Instead of setting my usual goals, I’m changing my daily routine to consciously incorporate everything I’ve learned. I’ll also be revisiting my Life Book, but this time from a much deeper, more embodied place. This experience has fundamentally shifted how I view spirituality and the direction of my life.
