The best quest I have started and completed. I recommend this quest to everyone who is looking for answers and feel empty and have ignored their inner voice for years. I ignored my inner voice for years and this programme has made my life’s purpose so clear. With the help of meditation and merging exercise, I exactly know what I want to do and I have already started to work on it and I am positive to finish my First book in a months time , The intention of this book is to help millions of women worldwide.
I will soon share the name of the book with Vishen and my Mindvalley family. Apart from this I have started doing the 6 phase meditation daily, I exercise daily and I practice healthy eating. I feel happy and surrounded by this positive bliss all the time.I do not get irritated easily now. I am so grateful to Vishen for being my teacher and for this quest. I am dedicating an hour Everyday to personal growth.
