Thanks to this program, I have started a discipline in meditating with the 6 phase meditation. I have been practicing intuition access; I am practicing living with consciousness as much as possible, practicing patience, love, happiness. The most important moment for me during this journey was when in one of the meditations, I realized how much I love myself, despite all the beliefs I have.
