I only wished I'd had these tools in my youth. It was hard to be a young woman 30 years ago. It's seems to have become more challenging for the younger generations. For most of my life I have been struggling with anxiety and uncertainty about declaring and following my goals with consistency. Many times I would get distracted or set them aside when something would show up like family or work place dramas in my world that I wasn't expecting.
In the Being Extraordinary Quest I came to the realization that life happens through me based upon the Law of Resonance. I can shift my identity to be in harmony with what I seek while adding structure to my daily practice around those goals to be manifested.
