I am a senior psychologist age 76. I have learned a more structured way to do meditation, access intuition and follow my passion. I am envisioning what growth I desire and internalizing that as a sacred identity. By violating Rules I have become more unfuckwithable and free to be present in each changing moment. Thanks so much!
