I got inspired by an ad abut looking back...
Vishen was the speaker and proposed that I would breathe calmly a few times and then stand up from my chair and step into my future self. And then speak to my present self... That has changed everything! Because what I was inspired to say “ keep going! You will get here if you don’t stop “ I burst into tears, I knew then and there what I was supposed to do.
