Personal growth is a constant process that never finishes, but through the participation in the seminar I feel that I have a better understanding of the importance of setting the right goals and of helping others along the way. I also solidify the idea of reality being an illusion often set by the conditioning we get from our childhood and early adulthood as from family and school and also from society.
