I am a chief resident in vascular surgery and have been on a quest of personal growth for the past 5 years. At the end of my second year of residency, I was in burn out and had several feelings of inadequacy and not being good enough. Through several months of bullying, intimidation and micro-aggression, I had spiralled downwards to my ultimate low. I began pursuing various avenues of self care and it has been a process to regrow my confidence. I discovered Mindvalley through my own quest to pursue self growth, build confidence, remold my energy to be the best version of myself.
