I am now at phase of practicing 6 phase meditation for like 2 weeks. I can feel the difference already. Really less of stuff makes me upset and emotionally unstable. Also i feel urgency to help people more and thats awesome feeling! Also I can setup my boundaries more easily and really starting thinking about my new career as filmmaker. Not just dreaming about it, but really do some steps to grow.
