Before this program I was feeling sad and lost due to my travel business coming to a screeching halt due to Covid 19 but this course showed me ways to deal with this and to look further into myself and use my intuition. I learnt to meditate, which I loved and the tool kits provided gave me inspiration to see a bright future.
