I absorb everything I possibly can fit in a day. I have two beautiful children and a wonderful partner. My 'happiness' and self compassion journey started in May 2014 after a car crash which broke my neck. I was one of the lucky ones that could walk away from a neck injury, but I was not grateful. I spiralled and was diagnosed with PTSD. My counsellor suggested meditation practices and I have never looked back. I feel happier and healthier than I ever had before and I love sharing my journey with family.
